Immediate feedback is provided with simple color coding (green vs red) that helps to easily recognize correct behavior and areas of improvement. All parameters are summed to WELLEVO index between 0-100 that represents your overall state as a single number within the last week.

- Correct ratio of carbohydrate, protein and fat.
- Vitamins and minerals.
- Sugar and salt.
- Sufficient hydration.

You only need to give your weight, age, height and gender, and the app calculates all your personal recommendations, estimates the state of your body and follows your progress. All parameters are tailored personally to users.
